You will arrive in Costa Rica at the Liberia International Airport, not the airport in San Jose. This will allow faster, cheaper and more efficient transport to your fishing destination on the northern Pacific coast. You will be met at the airport by a private van and driver and transported to the Ocotal Resort. The resort is on the beach, with acres of beautiful grounds, refurbished rooms, a clubhouse, an infinity pool, a patio looking out over the ocean, an impressive restaurant and bar. You will have a standard double room and breakfasts are included.
You will fish both days on a 32-foot boat, fully rigged with tower, electronics and professional quality tackle. You will have an experienced skipper and mate. Lunch, soft drinks and beer aboard are included. This is without question the best spot to catch marlin, sailfish, dorado and tuna this time of year. You can also go after smaller species inshore like roosterfish, snapper and wahoo.
